Early Sketches of Bar

For the restaurant, I took inspiration and precedent from Henri Labrouste vaults, in the National Library of France. I researched his construction techniques and applied to my design. This sky-light restaurant holds one big "Labrouste" vault, applying the same technique, in this case, but working with a different material, glass.
